Complimentary registration for campus administrators

We are pleased to offer complimentary registration to PTA campus administrators as a token of our appreciation.

This complimentary registration is subject to confirming that PTA leaders from the administrator’s campus will be present at LAUNCH. To take advantage of this special opportunity, complete the LAUNCH Admin Registration Grant Application.

Following your application, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed registration guidelines and a discount code.

FREE registrations for newly chartered PTAs

Welcome to the PTA family! All new PTAs chartered after July 23, 2023, are eligible to receive a grant for two (2) FREE LAUNCH registrations. Complete the New PTA LAUNCH Registration Grant to take part in our largest training event of the year.

*Only one representative from each newly chartered PTA should submit this form to receive the complimentary registrations.

Following your application, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed registration instructions and a discount code. We encourage new PTAs to register more than two people so your leadership can gain the valuable training needed for a new year.

Financial assistance for qualifying Local and Council PTAs

The application window is now closed. All applicants will be notified by Texas PTA by June 1, 2024. Do not register for LAUNCH until you receive written notification.

Registrations received prior to the notification date will not be refunded or credited with any assistance that may be awarded.
