The hotel room block is sold out for Friday and Saturday night, and we are unable to add additional rooms to the block.

Attendees can make reservations directly with the hotel at the regular rate or explore accommodations at other area hotels.

Gaylord Texan Parking

There is a charge for both self and valet parking.

We have contracted a discounted self-parking rate of $17.00 per vehicle, per night. If you have a room at the Gaylord Texan, you will be charged the flat rate no matter how many times you leave the lot. If you are not staying onsite, you will be charged each time you leave the lot (no free re-entry).
