LAUNCH will be held entirely inside the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, and we have contracted a discount rate so that you can stay on-site! The room block access link will be provided in your LAUNCH registration confirmation email (registration opens in April). So don’t delay in registering for LAUNCH and miss your chance to book your PTA’s hotel stay! * Space is limited, and we are not able to expand the block

Nightly Room Rate

Single/Double - $215.00 + fees and city taxes
Triple/Quad - $235.00 + fees and city taxes
* Room reservations must be made on or before June 16, 2026. 

Gaylord Texan Parking

There is a charge for both self and valet parking. We have contracted a discounted self-parking rate of $17.00 per vehicle, per night.

* If you have a room at the Gaylord Texan, you will be charged the flat rate no matter how many times you leave the lot. If you are not staying onsite, you will be charged each time you leave the lot (no free re-entry).
